When the sunsail of my PREMIUM is in the side position, it always slides down. What can I do?
You will find clamping devices // mounting clamps at the end of the aluminum tubes, which – like screws - can be loosened and/or tightened. Turn them until the sunsail is taught // fully stretched and no longer slides down.
Where do I get replacement parts?
Write us a mail and you will then receive the replacement parts you request.
What are the rubber rings for?
The rubber rings help to prevent the fiberglass poles from pulling out from the sand when the solar tent is mounted in the sand.
