All SKINCOM products have passed our strict quality inspections. If unexpected problems arise, you have a two years warranty for every SKINCOM product. If you have any queries, contact our customer service office:

RETURNS POLICY
RIGHT TO RETURN:
You may return any goods purchased by online order within 4 weeks. The cancellation period begins with the delivery of the goods. The return of goods is the customers expense and liability.

Several used and dirty products cannot be returned, if the return is not based on a material or manufacturing error. Testing them at home as you can do it in a store is allowed.

CONSEQUENCES OF A RETURN:
Our obligations regarding refunds of payments are fulfilled within 30 days. The time limit starts for you with the declaration of return.

CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation via e-mail. This confirmation is not a legally binding order. The contract is concluded between you and SKINCOM AG with the delivery of the goods. Our prices are including value-added tax.

OUR DELIVERY TIMES AND CAPABILITY, SHIPPING COST
Goods are delivered within 3 to 5 working days after receiving your order.
For delivery within D, A, BE, NL, LUX, PL, F, CZ, CH, FL, F shipping costs of € 9.80apply.
For delivery to AT, DK, ES, UK, FI, IT, PT, S we charge € 15.50.
For delivery to BG, GR, CY, CZ, EE, HU, LT, LV, MT, RO, SI and SK we charge € 25.50.

LAW AND PLACE OF JURISDICTION
Swiss law applies, with exclusion of the UN Convention on the International Sale of Goods. CH-Zug shall be the exclusive place of jurisdiction for commercial sales.
