Our mission is healthy skin; an innovative shade provider with effective UV protection is our solution to solar exposure.

The intensity of ultraviolet rays is increasing across the world and the result is a massive increase in the number of sun-related skin diseases registered.

The best protection has always been and still is natural shade under a thick roof and/or the avoidance of sunbathing between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm / 11.00 and 15.00.

And yet, shade alone is not protection, as can be seen by the numerous independent tests which have given notes of unsatisfactory to ineffectual to the majority of the shade solutions examined. That is reason enough to put your trust exclusively in shade providers with an official UV certification.

All SKINCOM shade providers are tested annually by the Swiss TESTEX Institute in Zurich and produced with a protection factor between 40 – 60 in accordance with the International UV Standard 801.
